All classes listed above are open level classes; whether you have just started or been practicing for a long time, you are always welcome to join. Please inform me of any injuries or physical needs and limitations in advance so that the practice can be adjusted accordingly and cater to your needs. For class please wear comfortable exercise-type clothing and avoid eating immediately before the session.
As classes only have a limited number of spaces available, advance reservation is encouraged.
If you are completely new to Yoga I would strongly advise you to take one or two private sessions before joining a guided group class. If you and some friends (minimum 4 persons) are interested in a thorough beginners’ course, I am happy to organize one, best suited to your schedule.
